Arthur Koch has over 20 years of results-oriented business transformation leadership experience gained throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, and Europe. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies for consumer products, top-tier automotive suppliers, aerospace and defense, electronics, electrical and mechanical, as well as wholesale and distribution. Prior to entering consulting, he filled the role of Vice President of Supply Chain Management for companies that are global leaders in their industries. His expertise is in implementation and application of supply chain solutions for ERPs, forecasting and inventory planning, sales and operations planning, organizational re-engineering, and LEAN/synchronous practices.
No matter the industry, Art focuses on driving profit with improvements to customer service and inventory and factory management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain and Operation Management from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University. Art has also served as Supply Chain Operations guest speaker to the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business at Elon University.
Robert Greenwood has more than 25 years' experience working on a variety of strategic client initiatives with particular emphasis on organizational assessment, leadership development and change management throughout North America, Central America, and Europe as well as Australia, Brazil, China, and Singapore. He has consulted with Executive and Leadership teams in a wide array of product manufacturing companies from heavy machinery to computers as well as transportation, forest products, biotechnology, food distribution, and non-profit organizations. Prior to consulting, Rob’s corporate experience includes senior leadership positions in Strategic Quality, Operations Management, Technical Project Management, and Human Resources.
Rob has a Bachelor degree from Denison University and completed Masters-level work at University of Wisconsin (Parkside). He served as an advisory member of the Leadership Committee for the Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professionals (AHMP). Rob was also certified as Senior Examiner for the Georgia Oglethorpe Award (a Baldrige criteria-based quality award) during its charter year.
